For the longest time, Bobby has said that his mother died. Well, it turns out that’s not the case, and we’ll get to meet her in 911 season 8, episode 11.
Naturally, people are going to be angry that Bobby has lied to them, especially Athena. At what point was she going to finally learn the truth? It seems like never, because Bobby had no intention of admitting that his mom was still alive. And considering the view he has of her, I can’t say I blame him.
Meet Bobby’s mom in 911 season 8, episode 11
The promo for the episode gives us a short introduction of the woman. It turns out that she is a woman of God who “heals” people miraculously. However, Bobby makes it clear that she is a fraud, and that’s why he has cut himself off from her this whole time.
What draws them together? It turns out that there’s an incident at her church. Everyone starts to collapse, including her at one point in the promo. With the 118 called in to help, they will all need to getot the bottom of what’s caused this mass illness. At first, it looks like it could be a gas leak, but then why wouldn’t everyone collapse, and why would there be a collapse at what looks to be a different point in the story?
While all that goes on, we’re sure to get a look at life after the attack for Maddie. There is a lot to break down with the attack considering Buck and Chimney initially thought that Maddie had run away again. This is a conversation that needs to be had, as while it’s understandable, it’s dangerous that Chimney and Buck didn’t consider other alternatives before immediately just assuming she had another mental break.
There is going to be a lot of trauma off the back of what happened. Not only was Maddie abducted, but she was also almost killed. That slash to the throat is going to leave a lot of nightmares!
