Born in Spain, Tomas has been exposed to television and showbiz from a very young age. Son to a former U.S. government employee and an entertainment TV journalist, Tomas knew from early on what direction he wanted to take in terms of his journalistic career. A Broadcasting and Mass Communications major and Class of 2022 student at SUNY Oswego, Tomas started early building his resume. He was a member of Swimming World Magazine's 2018-2019 class. Rodriguez also gained on-air experience as a general assignment news reporter and multi-media journalist for SUNY Oswego's student-run television station, WTOP-10. After that, Tomas decided to switch lanes and focus on print journalism. He joined SwimSwam as a bilingual wordsmith in June of 2019, where he reports on international issues. By adding Hidden Remote to his journalism reel, Tomas looks forward to nerd it up while discussing the big screen.
