Dancing With the Stars season 33, week 7 celebrates Halloween Nightmares before surprising elimination
For season 33, week seven of Dancing With the Stars, the celebrities got to dance to “Halloween Nightmares,” and they all put on amazing performances. Not only did they dance their normal routines, but they also got to face off against one other couple to see who did the best dance off.
Many of the celebrities did an amazing job, with Ilona Maher pulling off a fantastic Tango and Dwight Howard moved his pro partner Daniella Karagach to tears after his amazing Contemporary dance.
They had worked hard on their routine, especially since their height difference meant that often times, he struggled with the routines they did each week. However, the dance he did this week was perfectly executed and it was obvious how proud he made his partner. They even received the first 10 of the season.
Who was the surprising elimination on Dancing with the Stars on Halloween Nightmares night?
In fact, many celebrities received 10s for their hard work during the routines. In the dance-off portion, two couples danced side by side as the judges decided who would win at the end. They both did an amazing job in the competition between Ilona and Dwight, even though they both did a great job, Dwight took the win. Stephen and Jenn did their dance-off, with Jenn pulling off a win while Joey competed against Danny and won.
Chandler and her partner, Brandon, did not have to take part in the dance off, although they still did have to face the scary part of the night, which was elimination. It’s always so hard to say goodbye to someone, especially since we love everyone this season. They all have put in a lot of work to make it to the end, which is just weeks away.
Unfortunately, the couple that was sent home was Jenn Tran and Sasha Farber, who pulled off some amazing routines for Halloween Nightmares night and we’re sad to see them go! They have worked really hard and it’s always difficult to say goodbye to someone. So it really is important to vote since you never know who will end up going home.
Fans of the show will have to wait two weeks to see who makes it to the semi-finals, as the show will not be airing on Tuesday, Nov. 5 due to Election night coverage in the United States. Fans will be able to tune in on Tuesday, Nov. 12, which also happens to be the 500th episode of the show.
During the live taping, fans can vote for their favorite couples by texting 21523 with the first name of the celebrity they are rooting for and on the website here.
