In Georgie and Mandy's First Marriage season 1, episode 13, "McAllister Auto Loves the Ladies," Audrey placed her distaste for Georgie aside and partnered with him at the garage to make it more appealing to female customers. Seeing how everyone should know about car maintenance and its services was a great idea.
Naturally, the partnership conflicted with other McAllister family members and Jim and Georgie's co-worker, Ruben. Audrey's taste for the garage's interior decorating didn't drive well with them, but they allowed her creative juices to flow. While the business looked nice and cleaned up the bathroom, it built tensions.
And somehow, the flowers contrasted nicely with the tires and other supplies.
However, there's a reason why Georgie was behind Audrey being a coworker, and psychologically, it was larger than the garage and focused on being a good example to his mother-in-law. It's sensible, as Audrey always either looked down or made a smart remark about Georgie. He just wants to prove to her that he's more than his age and that he's serious about making a good life for his family.
For the sake of her granddaughter, Audrey should be more appreciative of Georgie. But that's not always the case.

Jim and Audrey face a road bump in Georgie and Mandy's First Marriage season 1, episode 13
Audrey's newfound buddy-buddy relationship with Georgie gets on Jim's nerves. Not only does she have a chip for her son-in-law, but it's the thing that gears them to an argument. Jim reminds Georgie that he took a liking to him first, and felt that he was "sucking up to her" and "ganging up" on him. The analysis is accurate at face value, but Georgie's behavior is a reflection of trying to improve his relationship with Audrey. The latter was never fond of him, but he wants to make things better, so it's instinctual to try to get on Audrey's good side.
After conversing with Mandy, Georgie stops in Jim and Audrey's bedroom, knowing they should be at each other's throats over him. While, yes, it had something to do with him, he's taking responsibility for it. Jim and Audrey say arguments occur in a marriage, especially in a well-rooted one. You're not always going to see eye-to-eye with everything, but you compromise.
Audrey had her working days fulfilled, and realizing that she loved CeeCee more than the job, she "resigned," but will return if Jim ever needs her.
But first, the flowers must go, but the guys are keeping the toilet seat.
Connor gets his chime in Georgie and Mandy' First Marriage "McAllister Auto Loves the Ladies"
Connor, yet again, offers to be the neutral party in the situation surrounding him and absorbs himself into creating his musical masterpiece, "The Sounds Of Our House." To outsiders, gathering and recording the sounds of everyday appliances and a baby might seem bizarre, but not to the younger McAllister sibling. Once you study them, you will find them a great blend of melodic notes. And Connor is conceited in his findings.
When the piece is finished, he shares "The Sounds Of Our House" to Mandy. When she hears her daughter taking the solo, she loves the track.
It's another product of Connor's quiet genius and neurological makeup. I say quiet because everyone doesn't point out his talents, but his weirdness. It's insulting, but Connor doesn't pay attention to it, and while I don't want to judge, it could be an effect of being on the spectrum, though it hasn't been made canon on Georgie and Mandy. Because of that, Connor is embracing who he is and if he's happy, than that's all that matters.
Georgie and Mandy's First Marriage "McAllister Auto Loves The Ladies" final thoughts
I thoroughly enjoyed "McAllister Auto Loves the Ladies," for it once it gave a positive on look on Georgie and Audrey's relationship, The after effect from it is that they mutually developed respect and an understanding, and if you get on your mother-in-law's good side, then more power to you.
Additionally, Ruben has been granted more screen time in this episode, and, like Connor, he's coming out from the shadows and into the storyline. Georgie and Mandy have a small cast, so there's no excuse why we shouldn't gain insight on all of them.
