Grey’s Anatomy returned from its latest break with season 22, episode 11, “(If You Want It) Do It Yourself,” an episode which sees Teddy and Winston clashing over a patient cast as Owen and Jules team up to treat a urologist. In typical Grey’s fashion, the episode features an amazing roundup of guest performers who are sure to catch your eyes and have you reaching for your phone asking where you know them from!
The most notable guest star in episode 11 is actress Sara Paxton, who has appeared in countless classics over the years. Addinh Grey's Anatomy to the growing list of her credits, Paxton plays the role of Leticia, the pregnant sister of Teddy's patient, Corban. Paxton is perhaps best known for playing the title character in the 2006 family comedy Aquamarine, and for playing Marnie Piper in Return to Halloweentown - replacing Kimberly J. Brown in the role for what would be the final film in the Halloweentown franchise.
In addition to Aquamarine and Return to Halloweentown, Paxton has appeared in a number of hit series and films including 2025’s breakout horror film Weapons and the classic horror film The Last House on the Left. Fans might also recognize Paxton from roles in titles such as Based on a True Story, Murder in the First, Blonde, Barbarian, Good Girls, Twin Peaks, Superhero Movie, and Sydney White.

Also guest-starring in Grey’s Anatomy season 22, episode 11 is actor Connor Price as Corban, the patient at the center of Teddy and Winston's confrontation who has a complicated medical history. Fans of Syfy’s hit supernatural drama Being Human will recognize Price from the show, where he played Kenny Fisher in the final two seasons of the series. Others might recognize him from his role as Harry James in the Canadian spy thriller X Company, but this is just one of his many credits.
In addition to Being Human and X Company, Price has also appeared in hit shows and movies that include Overcompensating, Tracker, The Rookie, Chicago Med, FBI: International, R.L. Stine’s The Haunting Hour, Supernatural, and Cinderella Man.

Rounding out the key members of the guest cast for Grey’s Anatomy season 22, episode 11 are Brian McGovern and Jessica Lord. McGovern plays a patient who attempted to give himself a vasectomy, and Lord plays his character's wife.
McGovern is no stranger to the world of television with nearly four decades in the industry beginning with his breakout role as Chaz Saybrook in the hit daytime drama Ryan’s Hope. Following his work on the show, McGovern has appeared in a number of shows and movies with credits that range from current hits to beloved classics such as Melrose Place, Scrubs, What I Like About You, ER, CSI: Miami, Hawaii Five-0, The Rookie, The Lincoln Lawyer, Matlock, and 911.
Lord, meanwhile, is best known for her roles as Lena Grisy in Find Me in Paris and Lola in The Next Step.
Episode 11 also marks the debut of a new recurring character with the introduction of Jen Landon as Dr. Toni Wright, a doctor who went to med school with Amelia that seems primed to become a potential love interest for her character.
Landon is perhaps best known for playing Gwen Norbeck on the beloved daytime drama As the World Turns and for her work in the hit drama Yellowstone, playing Teeter. She also appeared in a recurring capacity in the second and third seasons of CBS’s crime drama FBI: Most Wanted.
