This is a huge spot for the Tavern. After all, it’s the anniversary party, and people will want someone who can add excitement while running the show. Shouldn’t it go to Bobbie? That’s what she thinks.
The battle is on for emcee in Happy’s Place season 1, episode 9
Gabby believes that she would make the best emcee for the anniversary party. Also known as MC or Master of Ceremonies, the emcee needs to be able to engage the crowd while doing introductions and giving the acts coming up on the stage a chance to get in position.
Bobbie is the one who should, in a way, take the spot considering her connection to Happy and the place. However, the owner isn’t always the best person for the job.
This is sure to be a lot of fun with the competitive spirits of Bobbie and Gabby that we’ve already seen. They both have full confidence in their own abilities, and they have a friendly competition between them in many other areas.
Isabella doesn’t want to get involved in the fight for emcee, but she is there for the drama. She and Steve decide they will bet on who will get the position in the end, and we all know that that will just add fuel to the fire. Bobbie will expect her half-sister to stand by her side and support her, right?
Could Bobbie come out triumphant in the end? After all, this is something that she has been looking forward to for some time.
