When it comes to Athena Grant, she is the one you want to watch. She is always ready to throw herself in the middle of a situation, and she will give her unsolicited advice to stupid people who do stupid things.
Sometimes, she gets a meatier moment, and that’s about to happen in 911 season 8, episode 7. It’s time for her to question her own abilities.
Athena is assigned a rookie in 911 season 8, episode 7
It’s rare for Athena to work with anyone. She usually goes about her working day alone, which has ended badly on an occasion or two. However, she’s always pulled through, and she does learn from her mistakes.
So, what mistake does she learn in the new episode? She’s assigned a rookie, which will mean we get to see her teaching a newbie some of her tricks. Is it possible that this rookie remembers more of the rulebook that Athena does? We know Athena doesn’t always like playing by the rules! Or does she question things because she getting older and this rookie is a young ‘un?
Whatever it is, there is a major call for Athena. She is going to be involved in bringing down a group of boys robbing jewelry stores. She waits for them to come in and rob a store she pretends to be a patron at, and then she shocks them with an arrest. There is no need for Athena to doubt her skills.
