Lexa, The 100

Season 2 – Season 3

Time of Death: “Thirteen,” Season 3, Episode 7

Cause of Death: Took a bullet to protect Clarke.

After spending a long-awaited night with Clarke before the two must split up again, Lexa walked in on a violent altercation between her love and Titus, as her trusted right hand man was attempting to kill Clarke. When an errant bullet struck “Heda” in the gut instead, the attack quickly ended as Titus and Clarke worked together to tend to Lexa.

Distraught over inadvertently murdering the woman he lived to protect, Lexa held no ill will towards Titus, simply making him vow to never harm Clarke again. Though Clarke frantically tried to save her, Titus and Murphy looked on as Lexa said her final words: “You were right, Clarke. Life is about more than just surviving.”

Titus then executed the necessary ritual, removing the A.I. chip from her neck, revealing the twist that all commanders are chosen and infused with A.L.I.E. 2.
