Although we said goodbye to Ziva’s portrayer Cote de Pablo back in Season 11, it wasn’t until the final episode of Season 24 that we said goodbye to Ziva for good.
In the penultimate episode of Season 13, the team watched in horror as the David family farmhouse, where Ziva had been, staying burst into flames. Following the explosion, Tony reached out to try to get in contact with Ziva and, while his attempt proved fruitless, he was able to confirm that Ziva had been staying in her father’s old farmhouse.
With Ziva unaccounted for, the team arranged for Tony to fly to Tel Aviv so that he could attempt to track down Ziva. Tony soon raced back to his apartment to pack. However, before he was able to leave, Abby and McGee showed up to inform him that Ziva was indeed in the farmhouse when it was bombed and that she did not make it out alive.
