Cause of Death: Head bashed in by Negan’s bat, Lucille
Abraham managed to go out just like Abraham should. While Negan picked out which unlucky winner would be meeting Lucille, Abraham didn’t cower. Most other characters where hunched over, shaking and crying at the idea of Negan’s barbed wire back. Abraham, on the other hand, looked straight in Negan’s eyes, basically saying screw you – and, also, totally sacrificing himself for the group. Negan picked Abraham as the “winner,” most likely because he knew he could never break Abraham down.
Upon the first whack, straight down on his skull, Abraham manages to tell Negan to suck his nuts. The gruesome scene was difficult to sit through, but the fact that Abraham uttered those words as his last was pretty epic.
