Abbott Elementary is back! Season 3 kicks off Wednesday, Feb. 7 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC. The premiere will return us to Abbott in the middle of the school year with an episode titled, "Career Day." It's a one hour two-parter that will not only catch us up on what's been going on with this lovable, hilarious cast of characters but also introduce us to new ones that switch up the dynamic on the show!
Ahead of the premiere, it was announced that Josh Segarra, Kimia Behpoornia, and Benjamin Norris have joined the series in recurring roles. The trio will be playing Philadelphia school district representatives. As school ambassadors, it's their job to ensure the city's educators have what they need to foster bright, young minds. What sets them apart are their "fresh perspectives" and they're described as "good-natured" as well, meaning they truly do want to help. Could Abbott's students finally be getting the attention they need and deserve? We sure hope so!

Josh Segarra as Manny
Like his colleagues, Manny only wants to make the road easier for teachers in Philly. If you're familiar with Josh Segarra's work then you know he brings a charisma and charm to his work that can be scene stealing. The actor's most recent series credits include The Other Two where he played Lance Arroyo, The Big Door Prize as Giorgio, and on Heels in the role of Brooks Rizzo.
Kimia Behpoornia as Emily

Emily is enthusiastic about how much good she can do as a school district representative. Expect Kimia Behpoornia to fit right in with the humor on Abbott Elementary as comedy is the actress' wheelhouse. Fans of Atypical will recognize her as Abby from the Netflix original dramedy. Her recent credits also include the short-lived Hulu series Reboot as Azmina, and she's featured in Good Trouble's final season as Viv.
Benjamin Norris as Simon

Rounding out our group of school ambassadors is Simon. Good things come in threes so fingers crossed this trio is what the district needs. Benjamin Norris is best known for his work on Never Have I Ever as Trent Harrison, but he also had a seven episode recurring role as Tony on the hit NBC series Superstore in its fifth and sixth season.
