Another special awards show is in store for us this evening, and that would be the 2024 NAACP Image Awards! We just wrapped up this year's Oscars, but that doesn't mean there aren't a few more ceremonies to look forward to.

The 55th NAACP Image Awards air live tonight, March 16, 2024, from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. The Equalizer star Queen Latifah will be back as our host for the evening. The actress also MC'd last year as well. So are you ready? How can you tune in? We've got all the details for you below!

How to watch on TV

This year's awards ceremony airs live starting at 8 p.m. ET on CBS and BET. The two-hour star-filled event will recognize those in multiple categories including film, television, and music. So no matter what you might be interested in, there's something for everyone!

Release time by time zones

How to watch on streaming

If you have Paramount+, there's a couple of options to watch the awards ceremony as well depending on what tier you're subscribed to. Those of you with Paramount+ with Showtime (no ads, $11.99/month) can tune in to the 2024 NAACP Image Awards live at 8 p.m. ET through the streamer. However if you have Paramount+ Essential (with ads, $5.99/month), then you'll need to wait until the next day on Sunday, March 17. The event will be available to stream on-demand through both tiers on Sunday.

2024 NAACP Image Awards Nominees

The NAACP Image Awards 2024 feature a whooping 94 categories in multiple categories, as mentioned above. It sort of reminds me of the People's Choice Awards! The Bear star Ayo Edebiri has been nominated the most in the television and streaming categories for her role on the Chicago-based show, as well as her guest appearances on Abbott Elementary.
