Claim to Fame season 3 will skip this week, here's when a new episode will air!
Claim to Fame season 3 only has two episodes left, but unfortunately, we will not get to see a new episode air on Wednesday, Aug. 21. Why is a new episode not airing and when will we get to watch the final episodes of the season?
Due to the Democratic National Convention, series that typically air will instead be off, and this is the case for Claim to Fame on ABC. When the show returns, it won't be with one episode, but two! So we will not only get to see the four finalists vie to make it to the final three left in the competition, but we will get to see who the winner will be the same night.
The episodes will air on Wednesday, August 28 starting at 9/8c. From previews, we know that the four contestants will have one final game to determine the clues they need to find out who the remaining celebrity relatives are. The four final contestants are Adam, Mackenzie, Shane, and Hud.
Based on the previous episode, which saw Danny go home after we learned about his relative, it is clear that no one is sure about anyone’s identity. Even though Shane might be going in a particular direction with Adam’s relative thanks to Hud’s winner clue, Adam may have an idea based on Mackenzie’s clue.
There is also one winner’s clue left and that belongs to Shane. Is it possible his clue may finally bring him down? No one seems to know who his relative is and, much like Adam, he has been able to fly under the radar, especially after surviving many instances in the bottom two.
Adam has also been one of the most targeted contestants, especially since he doesn’t seem to know how to play the game well, yet he always manages to stay ahead. This is mainly due to no one being completely sure who his relative is.
It is possible it could come down to Mackenzie or Hud, unless one of them manages to win the game and stay on top to avoid being the guesser. Battle lines are drawn now, so we will have to see if they try to work together or if anyone breaks off in order to protect themselves.
Then in the final episode of the season, the rest of the contestants who have already been eliminated will return to help the last three contestants determine their identities. This has proven helpful in the first two seasons when the previous contestants could give the final remaining members of the house clues they were unable to previously share.
Even though there won’t be a new episode this week, you can still catch up on the entire season on Hulu. If you are still unsure who the final four are related to, this could be a good way to try and determine who their celebrity relatives are once and for all.
