Here at Hidden Remote, we love us a fun and messy reality TV show -- just call me Queen of Trash TV! And the messier it is, the better.

Don't get me wrong, I love a series that keeps me engaged and challenges me. But some days you just want to unwind with a cold glass of wine and let go. If you love to get lost in the drama of others, scream at your TV screen, and watch a tangled mess of lies and betrayal, you've come to the right place! Below, we share six of our favorite messy reality TV shows to enjoy.

There's something for every fan of messy TV on our list. From the new series Couple to Throuple (which we are still waiting on renewal news for) to a trash TV staple, Temptation Island. We debated on including shows like The Circle, The Kardashians, and Selling Sunset on this list. However, we found that the messiest drama happens in reality dating shows. So while we do highly recommend watching the above, we are focusing on relationships! Let's get started!

Couple to Throuple on Peacock

The couples who signed up to be on Peacock's Couple to Throuple woke up one day and chose violence, you can't tell me otherwise. Some couples are having issues and believe the solution is adding another person into their relationship. And then we have the couples who are happy together and doing amazing, but want to try becoming a throuple just for kicks!

Do you want love triangles, jealous fits, and betrayal? Couple to Throuple has it all. Just as the show title reveals, Couple to Throuple follows current couples who want to dip their toes in the waters of polyamory. Throughout the show, the couples go on dates with several singles hoping to find the perfect third. The first season is streaming on Peacock. The streamer has not renewed the show for a second season at the time of this writing.

Too Hot To Handle on Netflix

Too Hot to Handle follows adult singles who only know how to have meaningless flings and one-night-stands. For one reason or another, they are unable to commit or even stick to a relationship for long. Contestants believe that they have joined a reality show where they'll meet other hot singles and have an amazing, hot time. But shortly after arriving, Lana, the virtual host breaks the news that they are on Too Hot to Handle, a show where they have to participate in workshops and activities to help them open up. At the end, there's a cash prize! Oh, but the biggest rule they all have to follow if they want to take home any money at all, is that there is no kissing, sexual contact, or self-gratification allowed.

If Too Hot to Handle on Netflix is going to teach you anything, it's patience! These desperate singles will drive you a little crazy if you let them. I'll admit, I was very much into the first two seasons, but Too Hot to Handle has failed to freshen things up. It's the same thing each season. The only fun part is seeing how production breaks the news to the contestants that they are on Too Hot to Handle.

Temptation Island on USA (the show will move to Netflix for its 2024 season)

Temptation Island tests couples who (both or at least one partner) are not ready to commit. They will be separated and mingle with singles to see if the urge to cheat comes easy. This journey also helps the couples realize how much they truly love one another.

Just as the title suggests, couples are traveling to an island that will test the strength of their relationship like no other show has before. A lot of the show's rules and twists have changed since Temptation Island premiered in 2001. But one thing that has remained the same? These couples are crazy for being so willing to risk it all. Needless to say, backs will be stabbed, cheaters will cheat, and temptation will win. The first five seasons of Temptation Island are streaming on Peacock, but the show has packed up and moved to Netflix. As soon as we learn when a new season will stream, we'll update this post!

Catfish: The TV Show on MTV

A lot happens in Catfish: The TV Show, well, except for true romance and trust! Each episode of Catfish features Nev Schulman and his co-host Kamie Crawford (who replaced Max Joseph after season 7) help someone who is currently in an online relationship with an individual they have never met in the flesh. Concern about whether the person they are chatting online with is real or not, people reach out to Nev for help. Nev and Kamie then do some online digging, make a few calls, and arrange for this mystery person to meet the person they have been chatting with face to face.

Yes, you guessed it! The vast majority of the time, it is all lies. Catfish is exposes the truth (and dangers) about online dating. Now, do I believe all of it? I'm not sure! The first three seasons maybe, but you're trying to tell me people are still falling for this? Hmmm. I don't know, but it sure is a lot of fun to watch!

Love is Blind on Netflix

Whether you are into reality TV or not, chances are that you have heard of Love is Blind on Netflix. It doesn't matter where you go online, Love is Blind memes and drama are everywhere when a new season premieres. If you have been living under a rock and don't know what Love is Blind is about -- you're missing out on some major drama!

Love is Blind is a social experiment hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey. The show features single men and women who have been searching for love in all the wrong places. Love is Blind, we see the singles go on various dates without seeing what the other looks like, which takes looks out of the equation. They can only see each other after they pick someone to pursue a relationship with. Will love prove to be blind? Love is Blind does have some success stories
