Married to Medicine midseason recap

So far, we've watched how the women of season 10 got used to newcomer, LaTeasha Lunceford, being a part of the group. She's Dr. Gregory Lunceford's new wife, so she's here to stay. But where the ladies are saying hello to LaTeasha, they are bidding a quick farewell to Quad Webb.

When Quad was previously married to Dr. Gregory, she was with the ladies very often, which helped them know her a little more and vice versa. However, now that she's divorced from Dr. Greg and is living her best life with herself as the main priority, Quad has been icing out the group. Naturally, they aren't vibing with how isolating she's been, so they've decided to put her on the outskirts until they're ready to address Quad and what they should do with her.

As for their relationships with one another, things have been up and down. Sometimes the cast are the best friends on Earth. Other times, they aren't seeing eye-to-eye.

During their tenth group trip to Hilton Head, Dr. Heavenly Kimes argued relentlessly with Dr. Simone Whitmore for not being considerate of Dr. Jackie Walter's feelings about being in the same place where Dr. Jackie's husband, Curtis, had an affair. Just when Dr. Jackie felt like she was safe to enjoy the trip in peace, LaTeasha started to argue with her about consistently being on a high horse.

Outside of these disagreements, our second newcomer, Dr. Alicia Egolum, and her husband, Kema, are the talk of the town since Kema has very traditional views about women and marriage. Kema wants a woman to stay in the kitchen and stay at home with the kids, but the rest of the cast isn't feeling Kema's stale views and values.

We'll see how the above issues will come to a head later on in the season. But for now, fans can expect the next brand-new episode of Married to Medicine to feature a fun time golfing and cooking up some yummy food as a group. Best believe, though, a storm is brewing.
