Quiet On Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV is a new docuseries that may not have reached your radar. Investigation Discovery released the first episodes of this project on March 17, and the remaining episodes the following day on March 18. That said, if you're searching for a completed docuseries to watch, this one is it!

Trigger warning! Please be advised that the docuseries is about the abuse that took place behind the cameras at Nickelodeon. Particularly, Quiet on Set features Drake & Josh star Drake Bell, and other child actors who starred in popular Nickelodeon shows, open up about the abusive (both verbal and sexual, sexism, and racism they experienced while working for Nickelodeon.

At the center of it all, is Dan Schneider, the creator of some of Nickelodeon's biggest shows, including The Amanda Show, iCarly, Drake & Josh, and others. There are only 4 episodes in Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV

The docuseries is broken up into four episodes. The first two premiered on Max on Sunday, March 17, and the final two were released on Monday, March 18. Viewers who have been searching for episode 5 are disappointed to learn that there aren't more episodes. Here are the titles of all four episodes.

  • Episode 1 is titled "Rising Stars, Rising Questions"
  • Episode 2 is titled "Hidden in Plain Sight"
  • Episode 3 is titled "The Darkest Secret"
  • Episode 4 is titled "Too Close to the Sun"

Drake Bell is at the center of the Nickelodeon docuseries

Drake Bell speaks out for the first time about his haunting experiences with his former dialogue coach Brian Peck. Other former Nickelodeon stars and crew members that appear in the documentary, include Bryan Hearne, Katrina Johnson, Giovonnie Samuels, Virgil Fabian, Jenny Kilgen, and others. Parents of some of the child stars will also speak out.
