In a shock to no one, Steffy wasn't happy to hear Thomas proposed to Hope. Ridge tried to get her to see that her brother just wants happiness and he feels that he can have that with her former rival, but Steffy didn't agree. Of course she wants him to have love and experience the joy of life partnership, it's just that Hope isn't capable of giving him that. Steffy thinks it's ridiculous that Hope "needs time."

Finn, deciding to back Hope up because that's a role he's claimed on The Bold and the Beautiful, he said he understood why she'd be hesitant. I'm on Steffy's side. Hope isn't a poor, helpless little girl who doesn't know what she's doing. She has been perfectly happy to be with Thomas despite everything because her emotional and physical needs are being met. I mean the two were carrying on at the cabin as Steffy, Ridge, and Finn were discussing them in the CEO's office.

Team 'Thope should get married' consists of only two people, and Hope isn't one of them which is so funny, I swear. But Thomas did put her on the spot asking once more to say, "Yes," before the soap ended. I really do hope she answers him soon because Steffy's right, keeping him in limbo like this isn't fair.

Zende overstays his welcome

There's really not much to say about Zende's continued frustration with RJ. He lodged the same points about how his cousin is very privileged and should be cognizant of that instead of giving the appearance like he just earned everything he has. To be fair to RJ, he's not exactly acting in that way, but it's true that he basically just decided to design but he's being handed a top project to work on, and he doesn't have the years of knowledge he should in the position he's in.

Zende also brought up his childhood. In case you didn't know, he met his adoptive parents when they were in Africa. Zende had been orphaned, and they opened their hearts to him and brought him into their family. That initial loss and then the love he was given from his parents has informed much of his life, and he has never forgotten where he came from.

To Zende, RJ takes a lot for granted, and I would agree, but he's going about it the wrong way and it's clear he's not as secure as he tries to portray. His parents aren't there to advocate for him, and he's the only Forrester at the moment who isn't related to Brooke or Ridge, so he feels that disconnect deeply. RJ said he saw his perspective but also didn't take the time to look at the designs Zende brought by because he's spending his night with Luna. But he did say he'd look at them the following day. Zende took the hint and left, but I doubt we're done with these dust-ups.
