Maksim Chmerkovskiy (Dancing with the Stars)
Birthday: January 17, 1980
Age: 43
Instagram: @maksimc
All of the pro dancers on Dancing with the Stars are super talented, and a fan-favorite is definitely Maksim Chmerkovskiy. He hasn't been on the show since season 25 in 2017. He first joined in season 2, and remained on the competition series for 17 seasons. In 2014, he won the first time taking home the Mirrorball Trophy with partner Meryl Davis in season 18. The pro dancer is currently married to a fellow DWTS pro, Peta Murgatroyd , and the couple shares two sons. Being in the field that he is, Maksim is a competitive person. So I'm really looking forward to how he decides to tackle this game!
Peter Weber (The Bachelor)
Birthday: August 4, 199
Age: 32
Instagram: @pilot_pete
Oh, Pilot Pete. I think most of us Bachelor Nation fans who tuned in to The Bachelor season 24 will remember Peter Weber very clearly. He first came in third place on Hannah Brown's The Bachelorette season 15, before headlining his own season. While many liked him on The Bachelorette, that didn't continue on The Bachelor. His indecisiveness did him no good, and I wonder if that's going to play a role in how he handles situations in The Traitor season 2. And I think that's what makes him an intriguing choice. Still, I think he's an interesting addition to the cast. Though Hannah Ann Sluss is who he chose on the reality series, they later broke up. He's currently dating Kelley Flanagan, who came in fifth place.
Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio (The Challenge)
Birthday: June 22, 1982
Age: 41
Instagram: @johnnybananas
I'm not going to lie, seeing Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio's name on the cast list has gotten me super excited! He's known for being a "villain" on The Challenge and has certainly made some interesting choices, like keeping the $275,000 prize money from winning partner Sarah Rice. And that's why I think it's going to be a treat to have him on The Traitors. I think everyone is going to assume he's one, and he'll do a good job of keeping everyone on their toes. He recently also came in as runner-up on reality competition series House of Villains, which features 10 of reality's most memorable and notorious villains competing for $200,000. Will he be counted as a villain on The Traitors? We'll find out soon! He's been a part of 21 The Challenge seasons, as well as the spin-offs.
Larsa Pippen (The Real Housewives of Miami)
Birthday: July 6, 1974
Age: 49 years old
Instagram: @larsapippen
One contestant who's sure to bring the heat of Miami, in more ways than one, to The Traitors season 2 is Larsa Pippen. Known best for being on The Real Housewives of Miami in season 1 and then returning in the fourth season, there is going to be lots of drama. Larsa has also appeared on Keeping Up with the Kardashians multiple times. She is NBA player Scottie Pippen's ex-wife. Now, she's currently dating NBA star Michael Jordan's son, Marcus Jordan, who is also one of the season 2 cast members. Her choices in her personal life have been a bit questionable to some people due to the big age gap between Larsa and Marcus. He's 32 years old, which means there's 17 years between them. I guess we're about to see their chemistry in the show. Will they be working together or turn against each other? This is definitely going to be an interesting dynamic brought to the season!
Peppermint (RuPaul’s Drag Race)
Birthday: Jan. 31, 1979
Age: 44
Instagram: @peppermint247
The fabulous Peppermint, aka Miss Peppermint will be joining the cast this season, and we're so excited! She's best known for being the runner-up on RuPaul's Drag Race season 9. In 2018, Peppermint starred in Pythio on Broadway, the first trans woman to take on a lead role onstage in the infamous Theatre District. She knows how to play a certain type of character well thanks to her acting skills, so I have no doubt Peppermint is going to be great at keeping her true intentions a mystery from the rest of the contestants.
