Spooky season is here and Strictly Come Dancing is celebrating in typically spooky style. The annual Halloween Week Special exploded onto screens once again this year with some frighteningly memorable routines and some hauntingly low scores from Shirley Ballas. It's all very scary and very much in line with what you'd expect from Strictly's Halloween Spooktacular.
But despite memorable routines from Lacy and Vito, Dani and Nikita, and Delta and Kai, there is one particularly element that made it much scarier for the couples this week, and that's the danger of the show's first ever three-way Dance-Off - something that nobody wants to find themselves in.
Yes, another theme week with higher stakes for the class of 2026. With that in mind, let's dive into our recap of the Week 6 events and figure all of that out!
Strictly spoilers and results: Week 6 Leaderboard
Strictly delivered its most frightening Leaderboard of the year thus far. Couples that normally find themselves at the top of the Leaderboard have unfortunately found themselves at the lower end, with the likes of Tabby and Mark, and Graeme and Lauren directly at the bottom. However, there were some genuinely brilliant routines along the way.
Delta and Kai delivered an Addams Family-themed Viennese Waltz that earned an in-studio standing ovation, Dani and Nikia shone with their best dance yet as they delivered a truly unforgettable Viennese Waltz that had the judges raving about their journey, and Lacey and Vito closed the show on a high with an excellent Charleston that topped the Leaderboard.
With that in mind, here are the scores that each of the Week 6 dances were given by the judges, and the Leaderboard we were left with at the end of this week's episode:
- Lacey and Vito danced the Charleston - 9, 9, 9, 9 = 36
- John and Katya danced the Tango - 8, 9, 9, 9 = 35
- Delta and Kai danced the Viennese Waltz - 8, 8, 8, 9 = 33
- Cach and Maddie danced the Argentine Tango - 7, 9, 8, 9 = 33
- Dani and Nikita danced the Viennese Waltz - 8, 8, 8, 8 = 32
- Will and Dianne danced their Couple's Choice - 8, 8, 8, 8 = 32
- Bethany and Nancy danced Jive - 7, 8, 7, 8 = 30
- Jaime and Carlos danced the Salsa - 7, 7, 5, 8 = 28
- Lawrence and Jowita danced the Tango - 6, 7, 6, 7 = 26
- Tabby and Mark danced the Quickstep - 6, 7, 5, 7 = 25
- Graeme and Lauren danced the Samba - 6, 7, 5, 7 = 25
Who is in danger on Strictly Come Dancing 2026 Week 6?
While much of that Leaderboard looks strikingly different to what you would expect from this year's Strictly class, there is one similarity: We have multiple ties. And that can only mean chaos as it closes the gap between the couples at the top and the bottom, allowing the likes of Tabby, Graeme, Lawrence, and Jaime a bigger chance to escape.
Those ties could come in handy for those couples specifically this week due to the lingering fear of the three-way Dance-Off. That Dance-Off is particularly problematic for the couples in the middle, too, because it means that someone who may not have picked up a major portion of the public vote but would still generally be safe may not be safe this week. And remember, as the public vote breaks the ties, it means that each of those ties will have one couple that will benefit from them more than the other.
Taking all of that into account, who is in most danger of the three-way Dance-Off? Right now, it's looking most like Bethany and Nancy and Jaime and Carlos will find themselves there. Both couples have unfortunately been in the Dance-Off before and they have both found themselves towards the lower end of the Leaderboard on a night when frontrunners like Tabby and Mark and Graeme and Lauren have found themselves at the bottom - and will likely draw more votes as a result of that.
The question is: Which couple could join them there? Lawrence and Jowita are in the danger zone but they have successfully managed to avoid the Dance-Off from precarious positions before. Dani and Nikita, Delta and Kai, and Cach and Maddie are in the upper reaches of the Leaderboard, but with the three-way Dance-Off making more couples vulnerable, those positions aren't quite as safe as they normally would be.
Buckle up: It's going to be a tight one!
