It is officially week three of Grant Ellis's season of The Bachelor, and suffice to say, we are here for the ride. Things have been off to an interesting start as Grant went on his first set of dates during last week's episode. It felt as if things were going to be pretty solid, however, it did not take much for the drama to get started and chaotic.
After The Bachelor Season 29 premiere, 18 women went into the second episode of the season hoping to continue on. Amongst them, Alexe got the first one-on-one date since she had the coveted First Impression Rose. We haven't seen a lot of focus on this in recent seasons so it was nice to come back to this. It is, after all, a tradition!
The women on went on the first group date got to play basketball to show Grant if they've got the on-court skills or not. It wasn't everyone's cup of tea, but that didn't quite matter because Zoe came in and stole Grant away during the group's slam dunk competition. It was quite a move, but it certainly rubbed the other women the wrong way. This paved the path for the typical drama The Bachelor loves to give us.
The second group date was a tad bit cooler given that singer Mario was there (finally someone we recognize!) to guide the women into singing their own songs to Grant. It was nerve wracking to say the least for the women, but they got through it like champs! Carolina shone as the winner and got some special one-on-one time dancing with Grant while Mario serenaded them.
It was quite a night, but we're only getting started so let's get you all the details you need to watch this week's third episode of The Bachelor Season 29.
