There’s a spin-off of The Neighborhood in the works, and it’s planned for the 2025–2026 TV season for CBS. Of course, a pilot is needed first, and that means we need new characters. Well, four actors are joining the potential spin-off.
The spin-off will be set in a new neighborhood. Marty and Malcolm are leaving their parents’ home. It’s time for a new adventure, with their departure set for The Neighborhood season 7 finale. This means becoming the new neighbors in a world that is very unlike their own. They’re heading to Venice Beach!
Meet the cast of the potential The Neighborhood spin-off pilot
The yet-to-be-named spin-off has seen four cast members join, according to TVLine. Justin Long, who is well known for the likes of Jeepers Creepers and Goosebumps, will take on the rule of Bruce. He’s described as a tech millionaire who is socially inept and is full of unjustified confidence. He has no filter and simply says what’s on his mind, but at the core of his personality, it’s all about love.
Next up is Kara Royster from Pretty Little Liars. She’ll take on the roles of Matisse, who is a child of privilege and wants to be a social media influencer. She seems to be spoiled rotten, but she’s a smart and interesting character once people get to know her. Her father just needs to stop pandering to her, and maybe that will happen in the new series.
Hunter King from Life in Pieces will take on the role of Bellamy. She is often high from edibles, but also has a dark personality. She works for the coolest cannabis boutique in SoCal and creates content for the place. However, she wants something bigger in her life.
Angelique Cabral will play Lisa, who is a fast-talking book agent. She is always dressed well and full of energy, but she is also highly unpredictable. Malcolm has a passion and skill for writing, and Lisa will stop at nothing to get to represent him. Will he take her up on the offer?
