We may be in the countdown to Christmas and the New Year, but there are still plenty of shows airing new episodes. Here’s a look at everything coming to broadcast TV tonight, Monday, Dec. 2.
Yes, a lot of shows have aired their fall finales. Other shows still have some new episodes to go. We’re getting a great mixture of drama and comedy across the various networks tonight. It is a big night for one show in particular, which will air its series finale.
Brilliant Minds, Superman & Lois, and more
We start with NBC, which still has some new episodes of its top shows. It’s a Monday night, which means a two-hour block of The Voice. We’re closing in on the finale, so the competition is getting tight. At the end of the night is a new episode of Brilliant Minds. In this episode, a first responder crashes in the hospital, and it’s a race against time for Wolf and his interns to figure out what’s going on. When the CT scan comes back normal, Wolf knows that he’s missing something.
Meanwhile, CBS has a full night of new shows. One of those is the new comedy Poppa’s House. Poppa wants to get a new family photo that doesn’t include his ex-wife. I can relate to that, but it can be so difficult getting those photos and finding the time for everyone to come together. It’s also hard for the children. Junior and Nina don’t want to leave Catherine out, but can they not respect Poppa’s wishes on this one? I guess it might depend on the reasons for not wanting her in the picture.
The CW has a big episode. The Superman & Lois series finale will air tonight. Luther is about to make his final move on the town, and the Kents will need to fight together if they want to stop him. Clark is done with everything that he’s been put through. He will not let Luther win. Take a look at the promo to get ready for this intense episode.
