Monday nights are going to be a little football-lite very soon. The last of the NFL Wild Card games airs tonight, Monday, Jan. 13, and you will not want to miss this one.
This is the last night of Monday Night Football for the 2024–2025 season. Yes, it is going to be a big game as well. There was a big showdown the week before as the Detroit Lions proved why they are the No. 1 Seed and why the Minnesota Vikings have been knocked down to the No. 5 Seed.
There’s no way you’ll want to watch the game, especially as it’s the last to air on a Monday this season. You can watch it on broadcast, which is great news for those who like to skip the streaming platforms when it comes to live sports.
Watch the Vikings take on the Rams on ABC
Monday Night Football has aired on ESPN and ABC throughout the season, and that’s the same for this week. Each of the Big 4 networks has had the chance to air at least one NFL Wild Card game this year.
The game kicks off at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT according to the NFL schedule. However, it’s worth noting that the ABC schedule has the kick-off at 8:15 p.m. ET for the night. The slightly later time is usual for a Monday, but I’d tune in at 8 p.m. for the pre-game coverage, anyway!
Here are all the details you need to be able to watch the game live:
Date: Monday, Jan. 13
Start Time: 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT
TV Channel: ABC
Live Stream: ABC
What’s next in the NFL schedule?
There are four games to come next weekend. Two of the games will air on Saturday, Jan. 18, and the other two will air on Sunday, Jan. 19.
After that, we’re into the Championship games, and we know that one game will air on FOX and the other will air on CBS. Don’t forget that Watson will air after the CBS game, giving the new medical/detective drama series a hot chance of success.
There’s a week off after that before the top two teams face against each other in the Super Bowl on Sunday, Feb. 9.
