For the last few weeks, Sundays have been packed with new episodes of TV shows. Take a look at everything airing across the broadcast networks tonight, Sunday, March 16.
There is something for everyone across the networks. If you need drama, NBC and CBS have you covered. If you’re more in the mood for comedy, then it’s all about FOX. And of course, ABC is here with reality TV for those who love a good singing competition.
4 shows to watch tonight, Sunday, March 16 (and 1 to skip)
It’s hard to fit everything in on TV in one night. That means you need to find a way to watch some of your favorite shows live and then catch up on the rest via streaming. The question always is what can you get away with watching delayed?
Well, let’s start with the show to skip because it’s already been renewed. We know that Tracker season 3 is happening, so out of all the shows, this is the one you’ll get away with not watching live. That doesn’t mean you’ll want to skip it entirely. Colter has his work cut out for him when a woman walks into a dressing room at an upscale store in New York and doesn’t walk out of it.
Instead, start the night with The Americas. The episode will take us to The Gulf Coast, giving us a look at the swamps and wetlands that house some of the most majestic of creatures. Black bears and alligators make the Gulf their home, but they’re no alone. There are also manatees and burrowing owls for us to experience with Tom Hanks narrating about.
After that, switch to CBS for Watson. This freshman drama is still to score a renewal, and it does stand a chance looking at the linear ratings. The more people who watch live, the better. This episode will finally tell us who Stephens is dating, and it turns out that it’s a little embarrassing for him. He’s seeing a camgirl, and when she has a medical emergency while on a call with him, he needs to buckle up for the judgment of those around him. He needs Watson to help find where she is and treat her.
Then switch back to NBC for the next show that we want to see renewed. Grosse Pointe Garden Society is a fun way to spend the last part of the night. There are still plenty of questions about who Quiche is, but now there are also questions about who took Gary and who the cop wants to talk to Brett about. We’re sure that the new episode won’t give us all the answers, but we’ll get a few more clues.
We promised a fourth show, and that’s because FOX has half-hour animated comedies that you can check out at the very end of the night just before you go to sleep. Grimsburg is the one to record and watch right away after tonight. It sees Flute attempt to prevent his dad from leaving again by getting rid of his dad’s talking car. He views the car as the only rival for his dad’s affection, but is this going to backfire?
