It’s another Monday night of TV, and there’s plenty to watch across the board. Here’s a look at everything on network TV tonight, Monday, March 24.

Tonight sees the return of the Monday night lineup on CBS. It will also see the finale of The Bachelor on ABC. So, where do you start with your TV viewing, because we can’t possibly watch it all live, right?

4 shows to watch live and 2 to skip until tomorrow

With so much on, it’s hard to choose what to watch live and what to skip. After all, we need to record some shows or wait until they go to streaming the following day. At least with technology at our fingertips, this is easier than it used to be.

While The Bachelor finale is on, I would say this is one to skip tonight. There’s just so many other shows airing tonight, and they need a little more help in the linear ratings department. I doubt that Bachelor Nation as a whole is going anywhere despite The Bachelorette skipping the 2025 cycle. I’d also skip the After the Rose special that airs at 10 p.m., but that’s because it isn’t as important as some of the scripted shows across the networks.

Another series to skip tonight is NCIS. We already know that show is going to make it through another season. To be honest, there’s only one show on CBS on Mondays that is on the bubble right now, and we’ll get to that in a second. So, CBS isn’t as important as the other networks right now.

That one show? It’s all about Poppa’s House, and I’d make sure to catch this at some point during the night. It could be live on CBS or you may want to record it to watch it as soon as primetime comes to an end. It’s one of three shows on CBS still waiting for a renewal decision.

Another show that’s on the bubble that needs to be watched live is All American. The rebooted feel still has enough of the original cast to feel like it’s a continuation rather than fully new. However, The CW isn’t making any early decisions and this is the last show from the pre-Nexstar days. We need to see it get through another year, and the best way to do that is to watch live.

For the middle slot, switch to FOX. Rescue: Hi-Surf is the show to watch, which is also still on the bubble. This one being on the bubble doesn’t make a lot of sense as it’s performing well on FOX in the linear ratings. It’s got some fun storylines, even if they do seem a little far-fetched. But then, don’t we like far-fetched, soapy drama?

The last hour of the night is all about The Hunting Party on NBC. This series has legs, and there are a lot of mysteries to unravel throughout the season. The cases of the week are just a stepping stone inside The Pit storyline and uncovering those various mysteries. It’s also fun to see how psychopaths can be made more dangerous.
