We are ending March strong with a full night of drama and comedy. What are you watching on broadcast TV tonight, Sunday, March 30?
There’s a small change to FOX’s lineup, with The Simpsons returning from its break. There are still a lot of questions about the return of Bob’s Burgers from its own current break, but there is hope that we’ll get answers about that soon. However, there are plenty of shows to watch across the board, whatever your interests are.
4 shows to watch and 1 to skip (Sunday, March 30)
With so much on, it’s hard to know what to watch live and what to skip for the following day. It really does depend on what you want to watch and how you’re best entertained. However, there are a few shows that are more important to watch live right now, as we push into the final two months of the TV schedule. Big decisions will be made in April.
The Americas continues to be a show to watch live. It’s important to see what wildlife has to offer, and The Americas has certainly done that. The latest episode heads to the Caribbean, and with the way winter has come back for a vengeance, it will be nice to feel warm while watching something! There are red crabs, sperm whales, capuchin monkeys, and hummingbirds all showing us how they survive.
After that, switch over to CBS, as Watson remains on the bubble and needs more help. The new episode brings us a boy who has a series of staring spells, and if you’ve watched enough medical dramas, you know that they could be seizures. However, Ingrid has another theory. She thinks that this boy’s mom is making him sick, bringing the diagnosis of Munchausen by Proxy.
After that, you’ll want to turn back to NBC. Grosse Pointe Garden Society has its final Sunday night episode. After this, it’s moving to Friday nights to an arguably better timeslot. However, it needs to fight to stay alive. Catherine has a tempting new career offer, but will Tucker support her taking it? Will it put working on their marriage to one side, causing more problems? Meanwhile, everyone is paying more attention to Brett’s new connection, suggesting that something is going on.
After all this, you’ll want to watch Suits: LA, so make sure you record this. The new episode sees Ted’s murder trial get underway, with Erica and Kevin keeping something from him. That’s sure to jeopardize the whole thing.
What about the show to skip? It does arguably have to be The Simpsons. There’s no way that series isn’t getting renewed. It’s back in its popular timeslot, and there are always ways to catch up the next day with streaming. The same rule applies to Family Guy.
