Are you ready for a night of Halloween fun? Well, once you’ve finished trick-or-treating with the kids, the broadcast networks have some shows to look forward to. Let’s take a look at what’s on the Big 5 networks on Thursday, Oct. 31.

There is one network taking a night off from new episodes. ABC has opted for a night of reruns, which isn’t surprising when you consider all TGIT shows had Halloween-themed episodes last week. That was a clear hint that Halloween night would be reruns.

Ghosts, Found, and more

Ghosts does a Halloween-themed episode every season. This year, the episode falls on actual Halloween, and it’s supposed to be a quiet night for Woodstone Manor. It won’t remain that way, though. The ghosts decide they like Patience’s idea of putting Sam on trial as a witch. Well, we’re sure to see things take a turn at some point, especially considering Patience’s power.

FOX currently has new episodes of its Thursday shows, after taking the rest of the week off for the World Series. That’s at the time of writing this. We could see the shows pre-empted if the World Series goes to Game 6, but it doesn’t look like FOX is planning that.

Over on NBC, we have a full night of drama. It all starts with Law & Order, but then we end the night with a new episode of Found. Lacey starts to remember a few things from her time in captivity with Sir. This could help lead Trent and others to Sir, but will Gabi get to him first and keep working with him to save missing people?

TGIT isn’t airing a full night of usual reruns, though. Instead of a rerun of 911, we’ll get a rerun of Press Your Luck. The end of the night won’t see a rerun of Grey’s Anatomy, either. Instead, we’ll get two Doctor Odyssey reruns, which makes sense to push the new series.
