Someone will not make it out of Chicago Fire season 13, episode 15 alive. The question is which member of Firehouse 51’s life is on the line.

There are a few suggestions in the promo, but I don’t think that it’s going to be anyone in Firehouse 51. I think it will be connected to Firehouse 51, and I think a newer character is about to go through something devastating.

It doesn’t make sense to kill off a member of Firehouse 51 just yet. This isn’t a major episode in the series, like a finale or premiere. While it would certainly make the show feel a little more realistic, the writers have never killed off one of the main Firehouse 51 members at a random point in the story like this.

Pascal’s wife is the likely casualty in Chicago Fire season 13, episode 15

I’m going out on a limb and saying that it’s going to be Pascal’s wife. If you look at the beginning of the promo carefully, you’ll see that Pascal walks into the hospital and he’s not wearing his uniform. We know from the synopsis that he is looking for the perfect anniversary gift for his wife throughout the episode. The suit he’s wearing suggests that he’s going out to dinner.

Now yes, Pascal would definitely come to the hospital if it was one of his own men or women there, but the look on Pascal’s face says that it is something much more personal to him. He has this look of shock, as if someone very close to him has been brought to the hospital and he’s hoping that everything will be okay. We’ve seen the looks on his face when one of Firehouse 51 has been in danger. He’s able to keep a poker face to focus on the problem.

The idea of focusing on Pascal when it’s a member of Firehouse 51 also doesn’t make sense. It would make more sense if it was Boden coming in considering how close he is to all members of Firehouse 51. Pascal hasn’t built that relationship with his firefighters yet.

We know that Pascal is going to have to step aside for Herrmann to become Chief at Firehouse 51. This could be a great storyline to do that. There are enough episodes to show us a decline in Pascal’s mental health as he deals with grief. This could allow the writers to give Pascal a decent exit storyline, then making way for Herrmann to takeover as Chief.
