Today go90 announced the debut of an innovative new series hosted by Steve Nash and Stu Holden which uses animation to bring the duo’s guests’ colorful stories to life. In the series, Holden and Nash sit down with a rotating pool of guest athletes at a local bar to discuss personal stories you’d never get the chance to hear in any standard, run of the mill post-game interview!
Through the use of animation, each guest’s words are brought to life before our eyes in a laid-back environment which allows viewers to pull up a stool and grab a drink with the guys for an unscripted (and unforgettable) conversation. From Cleveland Cavaliers star Richard Jefferson to retired American soccer player Alexi Lalas, you never know who might drop by for a drink – which is half of the fun.
Season 1 begins this Thursday with the debut of Episode 1, “First Day in Prison,” featuring former professional basketball player Jayson Williams as he joins Holden and Nash for a candid conversation about his first day behind bars. As Williams reveals, his first day behind bars was a major learning experience as he discovered the extreme extent inmates will go through to smuggle in and share items behind bars.
