Marvel fans loved the Netflix original, Daredevil. Many had low expectations (me included), but we were all pleasantly surprised. Only a little over a week after premiering its first season, Netflix announced that it had renewed the series.
Daredevil also scored critical acclaim and was high on demand. Despite being an early call, it was certainly the right one. Now, fans want to know when Daredevil‘s second season hits Netflix. Unfortunately, no release date has been revealed, but we’ve got enough clues to point us in the right direction.
New seasons, both for series on Netflix and live TV, are usually released a year apart. We know that Daredevil Season Two arrives in 2016, and since the first season hit Netflix in April, we’re assuming the month might be the same.

Marco Ramirez (Sons of Anarchy) and Doug Petrie (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) will serve as show runners. Daredevil‘s first season stars Charlie Cox, Rosario Dawson, Vincent D’Onofrio, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, and Scott Glenn.
