‘Fargo’ is the definition of must-watch television. The critically acclaimed show owes much of its success to its amazing characters.

Fargo is now a treasured franchise in storytelling circles everywhere. At first, fans expressed discontent with the decision from FX to take the cult classic film of the ’90s and transform it into a television series. However, Fargo is arguably the best show on FX if not all of television when it airs. Stars such as Billy Bob Thornton and Patrick Wilson bring blockbuster acting skill to the small screen to create unbelievably compelling characters.

Of course, Noah Hawley deserves much credit for his impressive writing that instills fear, laughter, and happiness within viewers of the series. As the lead on the series’ production, Hawley crafts impressive stories that fit perfectly into any fan’s vision of the Fargo universe, which is just another name for the American Midwest.
