On your marks, get set, bake! With the holiday season officially upon us, ABC is gearing up for another exciting season of The Great American Baking Show which will once again give a wave of amateur bakers from across the nation the chance to show off their baking skills in hopes of wowing the judges and becoming the next baker to secure the title of “America’s Best Amateur Baker.”
This season bakers from across the nation will compete in a total of 18 baking challenges with each new episode aiming to test the bakers’ skills via three weekly rounds of competition: the Signature Challenge, the Technical Challenge and the Showstopper Challenge. Under the watchful eye of hosts Ayesha Curry and Anthony “Spice” Adams, the bakers will attempt to whip up their tastiest creations in hopes of winning over judges Johnny Iuzzini and Paul Hollywood in order to remain in the tent and in the battle for this year’s best baker title.
This year’s bakers come from all walks of life and hail from cities across the nation including Cincinnati, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Kansas City and Charlotte. The diversity is sure to help make this season one of the best seasons yet as each baker brings their own style to the tent.
Without further adieu, here are the 10 amateur bakers set to make their way into the Great American Baking Show tent this holiday season to compete for the title of “America’s Best Amateur Baker.”
