The first season of Celebrity Big Brother USA has nearly arrived. The season premiere airs on February 7, with CBS introducing a new cast. The shortened winter season will likely have about 10 houseguests and end before the month is out. Big revelations are probably coming soon.

Many Celebrity Big Brother rumors have been posted on social media. None have been confirmed by production or CBS, therefore everything is still up in the air. One person who may have what he calls “inside information” is former houseguest Evel Dick Donato. He has posted several times to his Twitter account about the upcoming season.

Short winter installment

The Celebrity Big Brother USA schedule has just 13 episodes. The intent of CBS is to compete against the Winter Olympics on NBC. To do that, they have rolled out a shortened winter installment. In addition to just 13 episodes, the season finale will take place fewer than three weeks after the season premiere.

To be more specific, CBB USA will be just 19 days long. It will begin on February 7 and end with a two-hour finale on February 25. The full Celebrity Big Brother schedule is here. It will also end up competing against the Bachelor Winter Games over on ABC. Which reality competition show will win this head-to-head battle?

Celebrity Big Brother cast announcement

The Celebrity Big Brother cast is likely to be announced a week or two before the season premiere. This gives the network more time to tease the audience about what is coming this winter. Evel Dick Donato has hinted on Twitter that the cast announcement might be during the 2018 Grammy Awards, which take place on January 28. That information is not confirmed.

For now, fans have to wait a bit longer for concrete information about the show. But rest assured that host Julie Chen will likely drop a lot of hints in upcoming episodes of The Talk on CBS. Until then, readers can take a look back at the Big Brother 19 results from this past summer. Josh Martinez was crowned the BB19 winner and took home the $500,000 prize over Paul Abrahamian.
