In the latest Will & Grace, Will confronts Vince at his wedding, and it opens old wounds. Let’s recap with the five best quotes!

Did someone order another blast from the Will & Grace past? Well, it certainly wasn’t Will, who’s none too pleased with the sharp left turn his catch-up breakfast with Vince takes. That’s right, Will’s ex-husband, er, boyfriend (they never married; it’s tough to remember which details survived the controversial finale) returns for an awkward reunion.

Bobby Cannavale reprises his role as lovable cop Vince, a soon-to-be married man. How does Will take the big news that his most important ex is off the market? As you’d expect Will to react, he falls into a spiral of self-pity, which Grace attempts to extinguish. But with these two, putting out a fire looks an awful lot like fanning the flames. Meanwhile at Vince’s wedding, Karen engages in a high-stakes scavenger hunt and Jack enjoys what he thinks will be a casual hookup. However, the officer fighting for Jack’s heart makes a startling confession that whittles away at Jack’s hardened exterior. Somewhere in Manhattan, Jack and Karen are giggling at “hardened exterior,” but somewhere around the world, Will & Grace fans can’t stop laughing at the best one-liners. Let’s recap the with the five sickest burns from the latest episode!

1. “Why is my head on Betsy DeVos’ neck?”

First things first, let’s get the obvious out of the way: Will and Vince should totally still be together. But that’s just the nostalgia talking. The new Will & Grace has magnified the problems in their dynamic and diminished any and all hopes for continued shipping. With that in mind, it’s still triggering to see the pair reunited for a platonic breakfast date, during which Vince announces that he will soon be getting married. And to think Will stressed before breakfast.

2. “You look like an extra on Orange Is the New Black.

Prior to the wedding, Will rides a combustible wave of caffeine and anxiety, leading Grace to comment on his over-plucking. Following a night of social stalking Vince’s almost-husband Ryan, Will’s thinned his eyebrows and exceeded any shot at remaining calm. Grace advises him to sit the wedding out, but does Will listen? Not a chance. The one time Grace gives actual, intelligent, wise, and worthwhile advice, it falls on deaf ears.

3. “And I mean actually win it, without help from the Russians.”

In the midst of wedding drama, Karen (who somehow landed an invite to Vince’s wedding despite Will seemingly only being invited out of courtesy the day before) focuses on a high-stakes, high-end scavenger hunt. During the wedding, she steals Ryan’s nana’s dentures from an Arby’s bag and swipes a detective badge clean off one of Vince’s colleagues. She might not be hard-pressed for the cash prize, but damn it, Karen Walker doesn’t lose.

4. “I’ve copped a feel before, but I’ve never felt a cop.”

Meanwhile, Jack also attends the wedding (seriously, did Will get a plus three?), but he’s not battling his urge to confront an ex or sparring with Ivanka Tr*mp in a wild and worthless game. No, Jack’s on the hunt for casual sex, which he’s more than up front about, and good for him. He weeds out the straight cops by asking about television shows: The Wire fans are a snooze, but the This Is Us fan is Jack’s cup of tea. After his hookup with Officer Drew, Jack learns that it was the cop’s first sexual experience with a man. Naturally, Drew falls for Jack and his wife innocently sets the new “friends” off on a “boys weekend” vacation.

5. “Suck it, Ivanka!”

Of course, Will makes a scene during Vince’s wedding reception. His goal? To find out why Vince dumped him before they could have their own wedding celebration. Thanks to a gravy boat full of green goddess dressing, Will and Vince have the fight that never happened during their breakup, and the truth comes out. Vince read Will’s incessant nitpicking as a sign that Will never liked him. While that’s more fiction than fact, it’s indicative of their unfortunate incompatibility. One cringe-worthy toast-off later and Will walks away knowing Vince didn’t make a mistake. For what it’s worth, neither did Karen with her pointed message for you-know-who.
