General Hospital spoilers: Spinelli tries to convince Jason to stop Sam’s wedding, Will he succeed?

Jason Morgan has made his final decision on ABC’s General Hospital. But has he really? His good friend, Damian Spinelli, is in town for a bit and he is trying his best to convince Jason to stop Sam and Drew’s wedding. His ex-wife has also made her decision to marry Andrew Cain, despite the fact that she is still in love with Jason. It is expected to one emotional ride for all involved.

Spineilli pleads with Jason

Spin knows that his BFF is in pain watching the love of his life marry another man, who just happens to be his long-lost twin brother. There is no doubt that Sam loves Drew, but her heart is in love with Jason. Spinelli knows that, which is why he finds Jason on the bridge to plead with him to stop the wedding before it’s too late.

The sneak peek that General Hospital teased fans with shows the two men discussing the situation. Unfortunately, Jason doesn’t want to listen to what his friend has to say. It is obvious how much he is hurting. All he wants is for Sam to be okay and happy. At least that is what viewers have heard the mob enforcer say over and over.

Is Sam safer with Jason than with Drew?

In the GH clip for Monday’s episode, Spin tells Jason that he always made Sam feel safe. That has always been Jason’s reason for walking away from his relationships and his children. He doesn’t want to put them in harm’s way because of his job. He feels that his twin brother can give Sam a safer life.

However, not much is known about Drew’s past life, so she may not be as safe as she appears to be. General Hospital spoilers tease that more and more details will eventually be revealed about Drew’s past that will affect his relationship with Drew. Sam may not be as safe as she may think she is.

JaSam reunion

JaSam fans are just waiting for the day when these two will eventually reunite. It seems to be inevitable at this point. At least that seems to be the direction it is heading. Whether it will be in the next few days or later on down the road, possibly during February sweeps, Jason and Sam seem to be destined to be together once again.
