Deadpool 2 is coming soon and with it the viral marketing via the Merc with the Mouth. Josh Brolin joins social media to troll Ryan Reynold’s abs.

The Deadpool 2 marketing hype is running full steam ahead. The trailer released a short time ago and prior to that a Bob Ross spoof teasing the movie. This time Ryan Reynolds posted to Facebook a picture of him painting Bright Eye/Cable from his perspective. For anyone who is an 80s child, you may recall Goonies and Josh Brolin’s role in the flick alongside Sean Astin whose birthday is also this month.

Happy Birthday, Bright Eye! Painting you like one of my French girls.

Josh Brolin had also recently taken to social media giving the public an idea of how intense his workouts are. Although, this could be a joking exaggeration, you have to admit Brolin’s physique is phenomenal. He also fires a shot off at Reynold’s Deadpool 2 physique being CGI’ed.

You have to admit, there is quite an unclear line where Reynold’s meets the personality of Deadpool. Especially when it comes to his witty sense of humor and to top it off is pretty much on par with Rob Liefeld’s creation in the comics. The fact Ryan had been a long time yearning for a Deadpool movie probably hones his craft both on and off-screen, via social media.

Previous Deadpool marketing methods were continuous in 2016 when there was a campaign during the holidays promoting the “12 Days of Deadpool.” You have to admit, these techniques kept fans yearning for more.
