Celebrity Big Brother spoilers from the February 12 recap include the results of the latest Veto Competition and the second Eviction Ceremony. Last time, CBS viewers got to see what happened following the eviction Chuck Liddell, who was the first celebrity to get sent home. Then, it was time for a new Head of Household Competition, where Ross Mathews took over the power in the house. Before the end of the night, Ross had to nominate two people for eviction.

This Episode 5 recap comes from a live CBS presentation on Monday, February 12, at 8 p.m. PT/ET. The show opened by re-hashing what took place on Sunday night (February 11). Omarosa was really upset about her ally Chuck going home, but so was the outgoing HOH (Keshia Knight Pulliam). At the HOH Competition, Omarosa had an asthma attack, sending her to the hospital for a bit. She returned in time for the Nomination Ceremony. She was quite rude as Ross tried to explain his nominations, consequently causing more viewers to turn against her on social media.

Episode 5 packs a punch

Episode 5 picks up following the second Nomination Ceremony, with Omarosa coming to talk to Ross, saying she was just putting on an act. Ross spoke in a Diary Room session about not knowing how to deal with her or whether he could trust anything she says. Meanwhile, Brandi Glanville and Ariadna Gutierrez were shown conspiring against Shannon Elizabeth. Brandi feared Shannon working with James Maslow and having a very strong alliance. Would they really push hard to keep Keshia and Omarosa in the BB Celeb house?

Brandi pulled Ross aside to talk to him about the idea. Ross was already thinking about targeting Shannon, so this helped him out a lot. It didn’t hurt that Ariadna was also pushing for it. Later, Ross was shown having a conversation with Marissa Jaret Winokur, where he talked about targeting Shannon. As a reminder, Marissa is friends with Shannon outside of Celebrity Big Brother. In a Diary Room session, Marissa did state that she could backdoor Shannon in the right situation.

Celebrity Big Brother spoilers: House plans

Before getting to the Veto Competition, the Big Brother house was shown discussing politics. At the center of those conversations was Omarosa, but it seemed like some of the houseguests were starting to tune her out. That included Mark McGrath. In a Diary Room session, Mark admitted he had no idea if she was being honest. Ross then chatted with Mark. Mark liked the idea of backdooring Shannon. Ross worried Shannon would figure it out. Even while meeting with Marissa, Ariadna, and Brandi in private. Would Shannon figure it out? Was production creating a story for CBS viewers?

Meanwhile, Metta World Peace was just off in his own world again. This time in the hot tub. As he laughed about the camera interacting with him. Does he know a game is taking place? $250,000 is on the line! Do Keshia and Omarosa need to go over the rules with him again?

Veto Competition time

Joining the HOH (Ross) and two nominees (Keshia and Omarosa) were Shannon, Ariadna, and Marissa. It was a head-to-head Veto Competition, answering questions about a billboard story. The last person standing would win the Power of Veto. In round one, Keshia beat Ross. In round two, Omarosa beat Shannon. Then, in round three, Marissa beat Ariadna. Omarosa beat Keshia in round four. That left just Marissa and Omarosa competing to win the Veto Competition. On the final question, Marissa won the Power of Veto.

Time for a BB Celeb Veto Ceremony

Before the Veto Ceremony, Keshia was shown crying and stating that she needed to go home to be with her daughter. Marissa gave Keshia the choice about how the Power of Veto would get used. At the Veto Ceremony, Marissa chose not to use the Veto. This means the Eviction Ceremony is a vote between Omarosa and Keshia. Shannon somehow survived a backdoor plan where the HOH had taken everything into consideration. Will she figure out how close she was to going home?

Celebrity Big Brother spoilers: Eviction vote No. 2

Seven houseguests had to vote at the second Eviction Ceremony of the season. Keshia officially asked to be voted out, leading to Omarosa telling everyone to do the same. Consequently, at the eviction vote, it was a 7-0 unanimous decision to send Keshia home. Keshia Knight Pulliam became the second evicted houseguest of Celebrity Big Brother.

There is no new information about the next Head of Household Competition.
