Piers Morgan: Omarosa offered sex on Apprentice, turned homophobic at rejection

Piers Morgan is no fan of Omarosa. On Celebrity Big Brother, Omarosa has already been a polarizing presence, but talk show host Piers Morgan added fuel to that fire on Tuesday (February 13). In a report by People, Morgan states that Omarosa tried to convince him to enter a showmance. This took place during a season of The Apprentice, where the two celebrities interviewed with Donald Trump.

Morgan describes a conversation that Omarosa had with him during the filming of The Apprentice back in 2008. He says that she offered him a “showmance” so that they could make “lots of money” during the fallout. He alleges that she went on to explain what it would entail.
"“A showmance. You know, a romance on the show — we get it on together. Happens all the time on Apprentice. Everyone has sex together. Then we can make lots of money out of it.”"
That wasn’t where the conversation ended though. Morgan said that after he turned her down, Omarosa turned into a “viper” and hurled homophobic comments in his direction. It included a statement where he claims she said, “What are you? Gay?” He went on to allege that she invented smears against him and even threatened to punch him.

Omarosa has already exhibited some unkind behavior during the first season of Celebrity Big Brother. In fact, she has created a lot of controversy by trying to play up dramatic moments in the house. That includes claiming that there was a “white girls alliance” taking place and possibly playing up an asthma attack that she suffered after losing in a competition. It was host Julie Chen who stated that Omarosa was trying to “play up” the medical condition on the show.
While most of what Piers Morgan said during his opinion piece is considered to be heresy, he presents the stories about Omarosa in a way that makes it sound very believable. She has certainly proven in the past that she will do anything to make it further on a reality competition show. Her behavior through the first few weeks of Celebrity Big Brother seems to indicate that nothing has changed.
