Fatman on Batman

There was no way I was doing this list without including a Kevin Smith podcast. The podcast first started as strictly Batman talk, but has since involved. Marc Bernardin now cohosts the show with Kevin and they do live episodes at the Scum and Villainy Cantina in Los Angeles. They talk about all things relating to the comic book films and more. However, you can only listen to the full archive on Stitcher now.

ID10T with Chris Hardwick

Chris Hardwick is no longer involved with Nerdist, but his podcast continues as ID10T. I only listen to this one based on who the guest is, but you’ll find a wide variety of episodes to check out.

TeeVee

This one is totally dependent on whether or not you watch the shows covered in the feed, which is mostly DC’s CW shows, Jessica Jones, Luther and a few other select shows. I’ve guested on the Supergirl Supercast that appears in the feed, but each show has different hosts to keep things interesting.

The /Filmcast

I’ve been following /Film for a while now and this is the site’s podcast where they discuss various films in detail along with discussions on news and what the hosts have been watching. If you’ve seen A Quiet Place, I recommend checking out their recent episode on that.

Honorable mentions:

The Recappables – Atlanta

The Ringer has a few podcasts on this list, but if you watch Atlanta, this is an entertaining podcast to check out after you watch each episode.

Scriptnotes Podcast

This one is for the aspiring and professional screenwriters. I gave a few episodes a listen and it’s very helpful. However, the full backlog of episodes isn’t available unless you subscribe for $1.99 a month. But if you’re fine with just listening to what’s currently available, I’d say check it out.

Let us know if you already listen to any of these or if you check out some on the list! Did we miss some that you think should be on the list? I’m always interested in checking out new podcasts, even if I probably subscribe to way too many as it is.
