MTV appeared to announce that Cheyenne Floyd would be joining the Teen Mom OG cast to replace Farrah Abraham. But she has a sketchy Twitter past.

Teen Mom OG is down on teenage mother after Farrah Abraham decided to quit the show. Producers gave her an ultimatum about her role on the show, saying that she would have to quit her various adult entertainment business ventures if she wanted to continue with MTV. However, Farrah didn’t want any producer or person telling her what she could and couldn’t do. Instead, she simply walked away from the franchise that made her famous.

While fans have watched five teen moms on Teen Mom 2, the original franchise has been down on mother. Instead of shifting some of the girls around, MTV decided to add another girl from outside the franchise. While there were talks about adding a girl from Teen Mom 3, which was canceled, they reportedly decided to add Cheyenne Floyd. She’s known from other MTV shows, including Are You The One? and The Challenge.

But fans aren’t convinced that she’s the right fit. She reportedly made some comments about white people on social media, comments that some people saw as racist. In addition, people have pointed out that she’s already a reality star and not a teen mom like her co-stars.

It’s uncertain whether MTV will continue with Cheyenne, especially since they ceased all filming with David Eason after his discriminatory comments. Perhaps MTV will think twice before continuing with the comments, especially since they don’t want to work with people who don’t support or respect the values that the network is all about.

What do you think of Teen Mom OG choosing other reality stars to replace Farrah Abraham?
