Taking a step back, it was Scottie Salton who won the Head of Household Competition this week. On Friday (July 13), Scottie named his two nominees for eviction. They are Brett Robinson and Winston Hines. Then, on Saturday, they all had to play in the Week 3 Veto Competition.

Who won the Power of Veto?

Scottie Salton just won the Power of Veto. Scottie now holds all the power in the BB20 house. This is huge news, as he can dictate who remains on the block for the Week 3 Eviction Ceremony. He can also help steer the house toward who he wants to go home next. It would appear, that the Scottie revenge tour might end up becoming a huge success. He may also become a primary eviction target next week.

BB20 spoilers indicate Scottie domination

The BB20 spoilers coming out of the house over the past 48 hours certainly show that Scottie is ready to play the game. Not only did Scottie Salton win an HOH Competition based on intelligence, he followed it up by telling the house he was going after a big target. At the Nomination Ceremony, he let Winston Hines know that he was going to be the primary target for eviction. While Winston acted pretty negatively to this news, Scottie did not back down.
