Jenelle Evans hasn’t solved her Teen Mom 2 contract issues, which means she’s not exactly filming this new season. So, what will happen to her?
Jenelle Evans decided to tell MTV producers that she had received several offers from other major networks, including Amazon and Netflix. She did this when she was filming the special interview as she didn’t want to film the reunion special without David Eason. During this interview, she opened up about getting plenty of other offers, and she wanted to use it against MTV in hopes of bargaining for better deals. But it sounds like it hasn’t really worked.
Jenelle doesn’t want to film Teen Mom 2 without David Eason. MTV doesn’t want to film David because of his aggressive, discriminatory and abusive ways. Barbara and Nathan are working to get the children removed from Jenelle’s home and MTV has documented these conversations. Now, Jenelle revealed that she is still butting heads with MTV over her contract. She isn’t walking away but she wants to get her demands met before filming the next season.

Since this season is coming to an end, it sounds like they could start filming the newest season soon and MTV would want things to be worked out. However, it could mean that this is indeed the last time fans will see Jenelle on the show.

Kailyn Lowry, Chelsea DeBoer, and Leah Messer could be filming without Jenelle, as Briana DeJesus has also talked about leaving the show. It’s clear that they are growing tired of the drama and want out of their contracts.
