Let’s look at the four episodes where Selma Bouvier got married!

Marge’s sister Selma Bouvier has somewhat of a long history falling in love and getting married, though those marriages never last long. It’s interesting to note that she was married five (almost six) times and the two that aren’t listed on here is Lionel Hutz and Disco Stu.

So let’s look at four episodes where Selma said I do:

1. Black Widower (Season 3, Episode 21)

In Black Widower we see Selma marry convicted felon Sideshow Bob. They meet from a prison pen pal program. Their marriage doesn’t last long because Bob tries to kill her because of money and well he’s crazy.

2. A Fish Called Selma (Season 7, Episode 19)

A Fish Called Selma sees Selma in the limelight. She ends up marrying washed-up actor Troy McClure, though their romance makes him popular again. Troy does end up telling Homer that he doesn’t love Selma and is using her as a “sham wife.” She finds the truth but doesn’t disagree with it until Troy wants to have a baby. So she ends up leaving Troy, who decides to star in his own movie called The Contrabulous Fabtraption of Professor Horatio Hufnagel.

3. Rome-Old and Julie-Eh (Season 18, Episode 15)

Rome-Old and Julie-Eh is one of the weirder Selma gets married episodes. In this episode, she marries Homer’s father, Abe Simpson! While they love each other, they end up breaking the marriage because they are just from two different worlds.

4. The Real Housewives of Fat Tony (Season 22, Episode 19)

The Real Housewives of Fat Tony is a little different since we find out that Fat Tony and Selma don’t actually get married. The ceremony that they have is actually for her to be his mistress (goomar). Either way, it’s a fun Selma episode!

So those are four episodes where we see Selma get married (well sort of).
