#10 Click

Original Release Date: The movie premiered on June 23, 2006.

Box Office Earnings: Reportedly made with a production budget of $82.5 million, Click went on to collected $237.6 million worldwide.

Critical Acclaim: As you may have already predicted, Click has a low score on Rotten Tomatoes. How low? 33% low. Instead of positive feedback, the movie was accused of stealing ideas from It’s a Wonderful Life and Back to the Future. Fans, however, saw the film for what it is: A beautiful fantasy dramedy!  Click won a People’s Choice Award for Favorite Movie Comedy.

About the Role: Adam Sandler stars as Michael Newman in Click, a workaholic architect who has been too busy working to pay attention to his family. He finds a remote that allows him to rewind and fast-forward his life. At first, he thinks its the best thing ever, believing he’s the luckiest man in the world. It doesn’t take long, though, for the gift to become a curse.

Simply the Best: Click is a heartfelt film with fun performances. Even though the story is predictable and not the most original, it’s undeniably entertaining. It makes for a great family film, too!
