We’ve waited eight months since the Vikings Season 5A finale, but the second half of the season is here next week. Just what do we need to remember going into the next 10 episodes.

It’s been a long wait, but the second half of Vikings Season 5 is almost here. We’ll get to see the aftermath of that big battle. With Lagatha and her army heading to England and Ivar in Kattegat, anything could happen. But before we get into the future, let’s look back over Vikings Season 5A to remember the important points.

Who lived? Who died? Who’s returned? There are many questions set up from the first half of the fifth season. Here’s a look at five important things we all need to remember.

7. Ragnar’s sons are split down the middle

Which side are you on? You’re either Team Lagatha or you’re Team Ivar, and Ragnar’s sons are completely split down the middle right now. Bjorn has, understandably, sided with his mother. Ubbe decided to join him, while Hvitserk opted for Ivar’s side of the battle.

Is this the way it’s all going to stay? Hvitserk and Ubbe came face to face on the battlefield at the end and decided not to fight to the death. They had the chance but they walked away. It’s clear that family means the world to them but they’re caught on opposite sides.

Ubbe is never going to side with Ivar. As much as he hates what Lagatha did, Ivar has a darkness inside of him and Ubbe just can’t support that. What about Hvitserk? Will he switch sides as the trailers make it look will happen?
