About the Role: Steve Carell plays Maxwell Smart, a quirky, clumsy, yet lovable spy who consistently screws up at his job. He teams up with Anne Hathaway who plays Agent 99. Hathaway makes her frustration with the team up known throughout the film. As the twosome runs all over Russia trying to stop bad guys from setting off a bomb, Smart quickly shows that though he is clumsy, his ingenuity combined with Agent 99’s common sense just might save the day and perhaps win Hathaway’s love. Hathaway and Carell make a winning combination in this comedy with just a dash of romance.

Simply the Best: Get Smart is a must-watch for anyone who needs an escape from reality or a laugh for laughter’s sake. Carell as Maxwell Smart reminds viewers just why he is so lovable…because he is always there with a bit of ridiculousness and a belly laugh if you need one.
