Could Eddie start drinking again?

Next we have Eddie, who is another unlikely option. David Giuntoli is one of the bigger names that possibly helped to get the show picked up. He’s the face that most fans would have known right away, along with James Roday. Would A Million Little Things really get rid of him?

Plus, there is so much to come for him and Delilah. Currently, they’re playing that their baby is actually Jon’s. It’s a selfless decision to help protect the feelings of everyone behind them. Yet, this truth has to come out eventually and Eddie can’t be dead because of that.

Will Rome relapse and kill himself?

Another obvious choice would be Rome. He’s already shown that he’s considered suicide. The A Million Little Things pilot opened to him taking pills to kill himself before he learned of Jon’s death. That’s a secret that came out very early, leading to him getting help.

The obvious storyline would be for him to relapse. In the fall finale, he shared that he wanted to get off his medication, which could lead to suicidal thoughts returning. However, he now has the support of his family and friends, so that will help.
