Next are the three children. Unless A Million Little Things wants us to really hate them, I doubt the three kids are going anywhere. It would have to be a majorly, well-crafted storyline with some meaning for this to happen.

I also don’t think Delilah’s unborn baby is going to be the one not to make it through. With everything else going on, that’s just mean and somewhat lazy writing.

Will cancer kill Maggie?

One of the more obvious choices is Maggie. Let’s be honest, she’ll be on most lists as she ticks all the boxes. She’s already got cancer and she refused treatment for so long. Is it possible that she won’t beat it this time?

Personally, I think this one is a bit of an obvious choice. While it would have an impact, I’m not sure it would be the major impact a character death would have since some of the friends will already be preparing for it.
