Dr. Pimple Popper, the only show where a cross between sympathy and disgust pulls at heartstrings and punches guts. Don’t eat during this episode.

The warning needs to made twice. Due to the graphic nature, viewer discretion is advised. Dr. Pimple Popper is absolutely the disgusting mess that has drawn all the viewers, but it’s somehow much more disgusting…HUUURGGEHH…than normal…BLERRRGH.

Horns, bumps, cartoons, movies, an unnecessary appearance by Dr. Lee’s husband, and brothers with similar conditions. Again, this one is disgusting, and fasting before watching is highly recommended.

Lisa’s horn

First of all, WHAT.THE.F*** is that!? Lisa has a horn growing out the back of her head! It looks like an entry into the largest toenail in history contest. It’s a cutaneous horn, the largest one Dr. Lee has ever seen. She describes it as angry, and it definitely resembles a horn on Loki’s helmet. If it even remotely smells like a toenail, that makes it even more disgusting.

Before the procedure, the obvious question is how does Lisa wash her hair? A few shots to numb the area and Dr. Lee just yanks it off like weave in a Waffle House fight.

Victor’s cyst

Why not stick with the movie theme? Loki was defeated, but can Ripley defeat the Aliens? Victor either has a lipoma or a chestburster. Dr. Lee’s patients mostly come at night. Mostly.

After watching three or four episodes, Victor’s cyst is actually fairly anticlimactic. Other than the FREAKING GRAY TOOTHPASTE WORMS that slither out of his chest! So it IS a chestburster!

Chuck’s Popeye lipoma

Chuck likes to tell a good story about his arm growing quickly over a period of time. From a dime to a pumpkin, and it’s huge. It’s either that or he discovered and is addicted to internet porn like Quagmire from Family Guy. It’s in the way of work, and he definitely thinks about it a lot.

More from Reality TV

Dr. Lee cuts it open and it’s multi-lobulated, which means it has multiple fingers that burrow into the surrounding tissue. It also means nobody watching this episode of Dr. Pimple Popper will handle raw chicken for the next three days without dry-heaving.

Brother bumps

After AvengersAliens, and Popeye, it’s difficult to be too excited about Jonathan and Christian having bumps. Ho-hum, a cut down the middle of the bump, and Dr. Lee puts her back into it. (Eh? Get it?) After Christian is done getting his raw chicken removed, Jonathan chickens out. They should have gone in the other order.

Next. Dr. Pimple Popper takes on a rhino and Maui. dark

A quick follow-up: The horn and the skin around the horn are benign. It’s just a combination of inflammation and visual ipecac.

Dr. Pimple Popper airs Thursday nights on TLC.
