3. Ariana Grande wins Favorite Female and Favorite Song.

Unfortunately, Ariana Grande couldn’t actually be present at this year’s Kids’ Choice Awards but, not wanting to leave her many fans in the lurch, she did pay a visit via video message! She took home two awards, one for Favorite Female Artist and one for Favorite Song (Thank U, Next). It’s no surprise Grande took home two separate awards since she has been on a hot streak this year.

Not only has she released two albums within a year of each other, Sweetener and Thank U, Next, but given all the highly publicized aspects of her personal life, it’s inspirational to see a woman who has been through more trauma than anyone should in a lifetime, bounce back and continue to persevere.

In her message to the fans, she gave a shout-out to Nickelodeon. As most people are aware, Ariana Grande got her start on Nick with the show Victorious and even went on to star in its spin-off series, Sam & Cat. Since then she has been nominated for more than five Grammy awards (winning one!) and had three albums go platinum.

She recently started her third worldwide, headlining tour to promote both albums, Sweetener and Thank U, Next.
